Aurora is inspired by the famous kaleidoscope, created on 1860, which allowed to change the position of the mirrors and to keep the same image “ad lib”.

Fountain pen in Blue and Light Blue marbled Auroloide. 18kt solid gold nib, rhodium-treated. Chrome trims. Limited Edition to only 860 pieces & Ballpoint limited to 380 pieces.

The Aurora Optima Caleidoscope Luce Blue is made entirely in-house, including the nib and ebonite feed. Each Optima Caleidoscope Luce Blue fountain pen is engraved with its limited edition number out of 860 on the top of the cap, opposite side of the clip.

Like all of Aurora’s piston-filling pens, the Optima Caleidoscope Luce Verde features Aurora’s unique piston filler design with a built-in ink reserve. When the pen runs dry, extend the piston to access enough ink for several more pages of writing. The piston knob will remain extended acting as a reminder to refill the pen while still allowing the cap to be posted.
