Carene Black Gold Trim has a streamlined design base with a deep black lacquer body and luxurious gold tone. It is also one of the most popular models in Korea with its dynamic image as a luxurious work with both deep dignity and fascinating appearance.

Carene is a streamlined 18K 750 gold nib that doesn't dry easily because the feed bar isn't exposed, and the tip is sharp and you can enjoy the fun of writing with the typical solid stiffness of Waterman's pen.  

Waterman traditionally uses a heavy brass barrel on the body of every fountain pen. The deep black lacquer ring on the brass barrel, which is not visible in the resin, shows a dark color and gloss.

This is a more elegant product than a regular lacquer cap, and the 23K gold ring and clip with WATERMAN PARIS engraved in an intaglio is gorgeous and firmly fixed, providing excellent functionality.
